This intense ruby red Tannat with red berries and raisins notes and mineral overtones is fresh while maintaining the power and structure that characterize the variety. Its soft, elegant tannins pair wonderfully with grilled meats – especially with fatty cuts –, hams, Parmesan cheese and stews that taste just like home. Recommended serving temperature: 16°- 20° C.

This versatile wine can accompany a wide variety of dishes and may be paired with red or white meats, pasta and vegetarian dishes, among other meals.

A clear representative of the variety, this young, intense ruby red Cabernet Sauvignon has an expressive nose, with notes of green peppers and spices. A nice initial palate gives way to a velvety body with vegetable overtones.  It is magnificently paired with oven roasted or barbecued meats, as well as with stews and casseroles.
