Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Vineyards: Montevideo, South of Uruguay, 15 km away from sea.
Yield per hectare: between 12 and 18,000 kg
Alcohol: 13.5%
Winemaking: Grapes are pressed, and the resulting must is transported into stainless-steel tanks at a temperature between 10° C and 12° C, the temperature for the entire fermentation process caused by the addition of two types of selected yeasts.
Tasting note: Sauvignon Blanc with vibrant green apple and citrus aromas and herbal notes. It has a light palate and is divinely refreshing. This wine is perfectly paired with sushi, sashimi and fresh fish or it may simply be enjoyed as an appetizer.
