100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking

Grapes are pressed, and the resulting must is transported into stainless-steel tanks at a temperature between 10° C and 12° C, the temperature for the entire fermentation process caused by the addition of two types of selected yeasts.

Yield

between 12 and 18,000 kg per hectare

Vineyards

Montevideo, South of Uruguay, 15 km away from sea.

Tasting note

Sauvignon Blanc with vibrant green apple and citrus aromas and herbal notes. It has a light palate and is divinely refreshing. This wine is perfectly paired with sushi, sashimi and fresh fish or it may simply be enjoyed as an appetizer.
