With a storage capacity of 11 million litres, our winery has the highest output in Uruguay, using cutting-edge technology and having great stainless-steel storage capacity for controlled-temperature fermentation.

Additionally, we possess a plant dedicated to producing natural sparkling wines using the Charmat method.

The lab is also equipped with state-of-the-art technology, thus allowing for a strict monitoring of wine in all stages of the winemaking process. The barrel room, where wines are aged under optimum conditions, houses around 300 French and American oak barrels.
