Composition: 50% Pinot Noir y 50% Cabernet Franc

Vineyards: Montevideo, South of Uruguay, 15 km away from sea.

Yield per hectare: between 12 and 18,000 kg

Alcohol: 13%

Winemaking: Grapes are manually harvested and then pressed to obtain a light pink must. Selected yeasts are added to the must located in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation temperature: between 12° C and 14° C.

Tasting note: This translucent, pale pink, versatile rosé with floral aromas, honey and mineral notes, and refreshing hints of green apple in the mouth pairs well with countless options. Chill it and serve it as an aperitif or together with salads and pastas.
