Composition
30% Marselan 50% Tannat 20% Merlot
Winemaking
The grapes are manually harvested at optimum ripeness, and each variety is fermented separately.
Over three days, a pre-fermentation maceration is conducted at a controlled temperature of 4° C, after which selected yeasts are added. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25° C and 28° C.
Once the blend has been produced, 30% of the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting note
A young, elegant, ruby-red blend, with red fruits and raisin aromas. It is fresh and fruity in the mouth, with delicate hints of wood.
A highly versatile wine to enjoy while cooking, sharing a meal with friends, such as pasta au gratin, or roasted or barbecued red meats.
