Composition: 50% Cabernet Franc 40% Tannat 10% Marselan

Alcohol: 13.5%
Winemaking: The grapes are manually harvested at optimum ripeness, and each variety is fermented separately.
Over three days, a pre-fermentation maceration is conducted at a controlled temperature of 4° C, after which selected yeasts are added. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25° C and 28° C.
Once the blend has been produced, 30% of the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months.
Tasting note: An exquisite, intense ruby-red blend with violet hues, bearing aromas of berries and leathery notes. It is fruity and velvety in the mouth, with a hint of chocolate. It pairs beautifully with charcuterie and cheese platters shared during evenings with friends.
