Winemaking
A short pre-fermentation maceration is conducted at a controlled temperature of 4° C. In this way, an intense color and fruity aromas are obtained, after which selected yeasts are added. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 22° C and 26° C.
Yield
Between 12 and 18,000 kg per hectare

Montevideo, South of Uruguay, 15 km away from sea.
Tasting note
Young, vibrant ruby red Cabernet Franc of great aroma intensity with herbal and prune notes, as well as a subtle musk aroma. It is fresh and initially sweet in the mouth, with delicate tannins. Enjoy this wine while cooking dinner and pair it with pasta, smoked and goat cheeses, or with other types of cheeses.
